Playing the game
How do I move snacks and fill orders?
Drag a front snack into an empty space, or tap the snack and then its destination. Match three of the same food on one shelf to fill an order. Moving front stock reveals the snacks behind it. Fill every order before time runs out.
What do Hint, Undo and Assist do?
Hint points out a move. Undo lets you rethink one. Assist rearranges the stock. Practice lets you learn an unlocked level without changing your campaign progress or coins.
Is Duo Rush a two-player game?
No. Duo Rush is a single-player challenge where you manage two counters at once. Alternate orders between the counters to earn time back. Choose Duo Rush in Practice on iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.
Does Lantern Stall work on iPad?
Yes. Lantern Stall supports iPhone and iPad on iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Duo Rush requires version 18 or later.
Is the website stall the same as the game?
No. The stall on the home page is an interactive taster: shallow shelves, no clock, no customers queueing. The real game has deeper shelves, timers, freshness, boosters, upgrades and 100 campaign levels.
Free levels and the Full Market Unlock
What is free?
Levels 1–20 are free to play and replay, with no expiry. There are no ads, subscriptions or coin packs.
What does the Full Market Unlock include?
One optional, permanent in-app purchase (A.99 in Australia; your local price is shown in the App Store before you buy) unlocks levels 21–100 and endless play. Campaign progression still applies: complete earlier levels to open the next ones.
Why is a level still locked after I purchased?
The unlock gives access to the remaining campaign and Practice levels, plus endless play. Campaign levels still open in order. Use Practice to replay or explore levels included in your unlock.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem service using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Restore a purchase
How do I restore the Full Market Unlock?
Use the Apple Account that bought the unlock. Open Lantern Stall, go to Settings or the unlock screen and choose Restore Purchases. Connect to the internet and complete Apple’s sign-in prompt if one appears.
If the unlock does not return, check your Apple purchase history and email support with the result. Do not buy it again to troubleshoot. Restoring the unlock does not restore lost local campaign progress.
I changed phones. Is my unlock still mine?
Yes, as long as you sign in with the same Apple Account on the new device and use Restore Purchases. Campaign progress is stored on the device, so it moves only if your device backup or transfer included the app’s data.
Progress and leaderboards
Where is my progress saved?
Campaign progress, earned coins, preferences and saved rounds are stored on your device. The game does not provide its own cross-device save service. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot: local progress may be lost. Apple device backups may include app data, depending on your settings.
Do I need to sign in to play?
No separate game account is needed for campaign or Practice. Game Center is optional for leaderboards and ranked challenges. Check your device’s Game Center settings if rankings are unavailable.
Common problems
A snack keeps returning to its original spot.
Choose a front snack and an empty destination. Try tapping the snack, then tapping the empty space. If a valid move still returns, email the mode and level, your device model and a screenshot or short recording.
The game is silent.
Check the in-game sound setting, your device’s silent switch or Focus mode, and Bluetooth audio. Game sound follows the app’s own setting, not the website’s.
The timer feels too fast.
Hints, Undo and Assist are there for exactly this. Practice mode lets you learn a level without the campaign pressure. If a specific level seems impossible, tell us which one.
